Registration for Summer Friendship
You must complete a Student Information & Medical Release Form for EACH child participating in Summer Friendship.
After you submit one, you will have the option to submit another.
Registration for Summer Friendship Field Trips
You must have completed Summer Friendship Form 1 and Form 2 to sign up for the Field Trips. Summer Friendship Field Trips are on Fridays and the cost varies depending on the Field Trip.
