Welcome to Holy Family

They devoted themselves to the teaching of the apostles and to the communal life, to the breaking of the bread and to the prayers.     Acts 2:42

Those who with God’s help have welcomed Christ’s call and freely responded to it are urged on by the love of Christ to proclaim the Good News everywhere in the world. . . . All Christ’s faithful are called to hand it on . . . by professing the faith, by living it in fraternal sharing, and by celebrating it in liturgy and prayer.    Catechism of the Catholic Church 3

Parish Council Notes

By clicking on the links below, you will find the minutes of the Pastoral Council meetings for the period of 2010-11 and other key documents developed and approved by the Council.

This year the pastoral council elected Mr. Kinter Bernard as Chair, Mrs. Runia Brokamp as Vice Chair, and Mrs. Carolina Cartagena as Secretary.

During this period the pastoral council members started their work by reviewing the feedback from the Parish Assembly and began a process that established:

  • Bylaws, role and function and election of Pastoral Council
  • Core Values of Holy Family Parish
  • Renewed Mission Statement
  • Long term and short term goals

The pastoral council is currently working on the following projects:

  • Improving the Holy Family Church website
  • The opening of the Sunday office hours for our parishioner’s convenience
  • Reviewing the parish facilities usage and finding solutions to improve the parish calendar to avoid conflicts
  • Improving the parish parking lot flow.

Your ideas and suggestions are welcome and helpful. They may be directed to Fr. Creedon, Kinter Bernard, or Runia Brokamp.
